Pranee Bags Warranty

Pranee Bags guarantees our products to be delivered without manufacturing defects. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect occurring within the first year of purchase we offer a repair/replace warranty. To qualify you will need the following things:

• Photos of the bag clearly showing the defect as well as photos of the entire bag.
• Proof of purchase from an authorized Pranee Bag retailer.
• Your contact Information (Full Name, Address, Phone Number) 

Please note that only manufacturing defects or damages occurring due to normal wear and tear will qualify. Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects include problems with zipper construction, loose stitching, or hardware malfunction.

All of our bags are made to order. Our goal will always be to repair your bag. This process could take up to 3 months.
